Hello everyone! My name is Kaylie and I’m the creator of Healthy Hacks. I’m a Registered Dietitian with a sweet tooth and a motto that you should be able to have your cake and eat it, too, so why not make it healthy!
Before becoming a Registered Dietitian I earned a B.A. in Dance Performance. During my time performing I learned to appreciate what healthy eating does for your body and physical fitness level. However, I knew I could never give up desserts! So, I created Healthy Hacks, a healthy dessert blog where I share recipes that reflect my love for creating wholesome, nutrient dense desserts that taste anything but healthy!
